This Privacy Policy explains how RaveReady ("RaveReady," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit raveready.com, make a purchase, sign up for our emails, or contact us. Last updated: September 29, 2026.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails, leave a review, or contact support, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you include in your message or review.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring site, and approximate location. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Email engagement. Our marketing emails may include tracking that tells us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.

How we use your information

  • To process and ship your orders, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support
  • To send marketing emails if you have subscribed. These include welcome offers, new arrivals, reminders about items left in your cart, and recommendations based on what you have bought or viewed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To show reviews on our site
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed to run our store:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout, payments, and email. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
  • Our brand partners and fulfillment providers, who ship many of our products directly to you. They receive your name, shipping address, and the items ordered, and use them only to fulfill your order.
  • Shipping carriers (for example USPS, UPS, and DHL) to deliver your package.
  • Service providers who help us operate the site, such as our reviews app, cookie-consent tool, and analytics tools.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: if RaveReady is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner.

Some advertising and analytics cookies may count as "selling" or "sharing" under certain US state laws. You can opt out using the cookie banner, or by emailing us (see "Your rights").

To make a request, email support@raveready.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Data retention

We keep order information for as long as we need it for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Age requirement

Our site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from RaveReady, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the US and in other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
