Everything ships from RaveReady, ready for your next festival, rave, or pool day.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During drops, sales, and peak festival season, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by item and destination, and the estimates below are estimates, not guarantees (they don't include processing time):

  • United States: typically 5–12 business days
  • International: typically 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs

Because we carry a wide range of styles, some items arrive faster than others.

Orders may arrive in more than one package

Some orders ship in separate packages that may arrive on different days — this is normal and you won't be charged extra for it. Each shipment has its own tracking.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide. If checkout accepts your address, we ship there.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

  • United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over $100. Otherwise, shipping is weight-based, typically $4.90–$9.90 for most orders and up to $19.90 for heavier orders.
  • International: calculated live at checkout (USPS or DHL Express, depending on destination).

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If part of your order ships separately, you'll get tracking for each package.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, customs, and peak seasons can affect delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days (US) or 15+ business days (international), email support@raveready.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors/household and your local carrier first. For packages lost in transit, contact us — we handle these case by case, and if the item is still in stock we'll arrange a reshipment.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address; if a package is returned to us, we can reship at the customer's cost.
