Refund policy
At RaveReady we want you glowing in your fit — but because we sell swimwear and intimate apparel, hygiene comes first. Please read the final-sale section carefully before ordering.
Final sale — cannot be returned or exchanged
For health and hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered:
- Swimwear and bikinis
- Lingerie, bodysuits, teddies, and any intimate apparel
- Thongs, G-strings, and any bottoms worn against the body
- Any item where the hygiene liner/sticker has been removed, or that has been worn, washed, or tried on without underwear
- Pierced jewelry and earrings
- Clearance and final-sale marked items
- Gift cards
This is standard for intimate and festival apparel and protects every customer's health.
What can be returned
Items not listed as final sale (for example, outerwear, shrugs, fluffies, and most accessories) may be eligible for return if they are:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original sellable condition
- With all original tags attached and any hygiene liner intact
- In their original packaging
We inspect every return. Items that arrive used, worn, washed, scented (smoke, perfume, body odor), damaged, or missing tags will be declined and returned to you.
Return window — request within 14 days
To request a return, email support@raveready.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) involved. Some items have shorter return windows, so please reach out as soon as possible — we'll confirm your item's eligibility and send return instructions, including where to send it. Please don't ship anything back before you receive instructions; unauthorized returns can't be processed.
Who pays for return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. The exception: if your item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, RaveReady covers return shipping and makes it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; it can take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@raveready.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund (including shipping), at no cost to you.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order is processing for fulfillment, we may not be able to change it.
FAQ
Can I return swimwear or a bodysuit? No — swimwear, bikinis, lingerie, bodysuits, and other intimate items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
